As for design methodology, most smaller web
sites are created in what is referred to as
"static html." In other words, after
the page is on the web server changes are made
by modifying the page locally and then sending
the new file to the server where it is available
to the public. This is an easier site to produce
but may prove to be an inadequate solution depending
on your needs. Greater needs for flexibility
and data handling may require a database "driven"
web site.
Simply put, a database "driven" web site
is useful in applications where information
on the site is changing regularly, where large
amounts of data need to be accessed easily,
and/or where there is a need to track individual
users and restrict access to certain parts of

Depending on the site, we may use Flash components,
Java Scripts or CGI applications to enhance
the functionality and appeal of the site. To
provide more information to your users, we can
add calendars, email list managers and dynamic
content controlers.
